The Cool It! contest package includes the following components:

  • One (1) Lennox XC15-024 2-ton air conditioning unit (up to 16.0 SEER) - Brochure PDF (586 kb)

  • One (1) Lennox SignatureStat programmable thermostat
  • One (1) Lennox Healthy Climate Model HCC10 high efficiency media filter - Brochure PDF (443 kb)
  • All labour and materials required for installation of above (subject to Contest Rules, below)

Contest Rules

  1. Retail value of Cool It! Contest Package is $8,752.10 + GST.
  2. Contest is not open to employees of Bayshore Broadcasting Ltd., Ken Philp Plumbing & Heating Ltd., Lennox Industries or members of the Home Expo Committee.
  3. To qualify, players must listen for the cue to call on Country 93. If their call is selected, players must correctly state "the phrase that pays" in order to qualify.
  4. All qualifying players will receive a Home Expo Prize Package provided by Country 93 and Home Expo Exhibitors worth a minimum of $50 and will be entered in the Grand Prize Draw.
  5. The Grand Prize Draw will be held LIVE from the Home & Cottage Expo on Country 93 Morning Show on Saturday, April 19, 2008. The name of one contest qualifier will be drawn and the qualifier contacted by phone when the draw is held.
  6. Components of the Cool It! Contest Package will be on display in the HOME ENERGY SHOWCASE area at the Home & Cottage Expo on April 19 and 20, 2008.
  7. The Contest Package as described is non-transferable and can only be installed in a freestanding home registered in the winner's name or in the name of a close living relative (i.e. mother, father, brother, sister, son or daughter). The selected home must have an existing furnace in order for the prize package to be installed. If the winner cannot meet these conditions, a new winner will be selected.
  8. The Winner may incur an installation cost if either of the follow conditions apply: i) The Winner's residence is greater than 50 km from the Ken Philp Plumbing & Heating store in Springmount (greater Owen Sound). ii) Electrical panel requirements are not adequate for the system. Standard wiring is included with the prize.
  9. Package to be installed within 6 months of the draw date.
  10. Rebates are not applicable to this promotion.
